With all of these crazy 'trends' popping up and convincing you to try, buy and DIY we thought it would be best to give you our recommendation on what is approved by us and beneficial to you and your skin.
1. Cryotherapy / Ice Rollers
Cryotherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses extreme cold to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite, improve skin elasticity and firmness, and tighten your pores. Whether you shop the high-end tools and gadgets, book in for cryotherapy facials or opt for the more budget-friendly options. Cryotherapy can also be achieved at home with the use of ice globes or cubes. Simply keep your cryotherapy tools (Ice cubes) in the freezer/fridge overnight in a clean container and roll over your face for 8-10mins in the morning before applying your skincare.

2. ‘Skinimalism’
Skincare is on the rise whilst multi-step makeup routines are on the way out. 'Skinimalism' is described as 'loving the skin your in and relying less on full coverage makeup. In fact, 50% of consumers now prefer to purchase hybrid cosmetics with skin benefits. This new 'less is more; style of beauty is definitely up our alley. We recommend doing one better by using all-natural products that are safe to use and great for your skin.
3. Sustainability on the Rise
As we step into an era where being environmentally friendly, cruelty-free & sustainable are on the rise - we are happy to let you know we are ahead of the curve. This year, more and more businesses are committed to reducing their carbon footprint, swapping out their single-use plastic packaging & are more aware of customer purchasing trends (which are shifting globally towards sustainability). This trend was bound to hit after the vegan rush back in 2019 & the famous speech by Greta Thunberg which sparked conversations worldwide for challenging world leaders to take immediate action for climate change mitigation.
When formulating Bohemian Skin back in 2016 it was always our intention to create a product range that was made from 100% natural ingredients that were cruelty-free, vegan, sustainable and could be recycled. We have been committed to creating a safe organic skincare range from day one.
